The term is derived from the classic example: the sale of razors cheap, in order to sell blades at a high margin."
examples: - Razor and Blades
- Printer and Cartridges
- Consoles and Games
disadvantages: - competing with cheaper third party products
advantages: - attracting & tie a customer to a product
- long term commitment

I want to do the following:
class MyClass {
/*.. some vars ..*/
function MyClass () { /*constructor*/ var colXml:XML = new XML(); colXml.load(xmlPath); colXml.onLoad = function(success) { this.doSomething(); //should call doSomething but doesn't because it's out of scope, I guess - how to solve it?
}
}
function doSomething () { trace('success');
}
}
for some reason I can't call a function in my class... any comments appreciated The attached presentation is an analysis of 10 Websites from Bangladesh. Seems that now almost every social circle gets ported to the web, which makes ultimately sense.

unfortunately pluggedin.com has only been roled out to the us and canada market, this might mainly be due to legal reasons.
